Sarah was born in New London, Connecticut and settled temporarily in Charlotte to finish her undergraduate work. She just completed her BFA from UNC Charlotte with a concentration in Photography and Art History. She plans to continue her education and is hoping to return north to attend graduate school in New York or Boston. Most recently she has been experimenting with combining traditional film based photography with new technologies of digital imaging - she plans to continue this exploration during her summer residency.
