///LIZ CANNER : FILMMAKING

Liz is a filmmaker who holds a BA from Brown University, Rhode Island.  In 1988, she spent a year in Katmandu, Nepal, studying with a Master Tibetan Buddhist Sculptor.  Liz ia an award winning media artist - the recipient of over 20 grants - an independent filmmaker, who has created multiple art installations and produced and directed six documentaries.  Her work has been broadcast both nationally and internationally as well as screened at film festivals such as the New York Film Festival and the Human Rights Watch Film Festival.
