///MICHAEL RUDNICK : SCULPTURE, FILM, INSTALLATION

A native Californian, Michael received both his BFA and MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. His approach to 3-D art comes from the unique perspective of a film artist turned motion picture sculptor. Exploration in digital video has resulted in films and sculptural presentations of motion picture sequential still images. He has been working to develop uses for his patented animation technique for displaying solid-state animated motions picture images on a rotating transparent faceted cylinder. He is also interested in creating outdoor animated sculpture driven by water, wind, and/or heat.
