Immersing the viewer in a "direct experience," Hedi Schwoebel creates site-specific installations that examine ones dwelling, sustainability and technology. Diligently selecting her media, she captures the spirit and impact of the site and its effects on change and transition. Schwoebel received her education from the Academy of Arts Stuttgart in Germany. She has exhibited throughout her country and has received a Cite Internationale des Arts national grant from Germany.
