
Through rhythm and repetition, Jonathan Brilliant uses pre- and post-consumer manufactured materials to create site-specific installations situated around the visual phenomena of patterning and mark-making. Brilliant received a BA in Studio Art from the College of Charleston and an MFA in Spatial Arts from San Jose State University. He has exhibited nationally and was the recipient of a Joan Mitchell Fellowship.
