Exploring the documentation of memory, Sharon Dowell's paintings capture the energy of "place," the economic boom and downturn as she explores the theme of man vs. nature. Sharon received her BFA from UNC Charlotte. She has exhibited her work nationally including the Friends of the Arts auction at Christie's New York.
