"I am a fiber artist who uses printmaking, surface design, embellishment techniques, and any new media or techniques that interest me to create multi-dimensional, interpretive works, which range from bead woven jewelry to installations. I draw my inspiration from cultures past and present and am particularly interested in using mark making and calligraphic forms. Most recently I am exploring sewn paper, art books and encaustics."
