Originally from Canada, Felicia received her MFA in painting and printmaking from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design at the Fine Arts Work Center, Provincetown, and her AOCA (Associate of Ontario College of Art) Four Year Diploma in Fine Art from the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, Ontario. Felicia makes monotypes using water-based ink and an etching press. Her atmospheric imagery, informed by her interest in primordial life as an analogy for awakening consciousness, has been variously described as landscape, seascape and imaginary world. A geyser, whale, ice floe or microscopic life form may be the subject of a single print or a wall-sized assemblage of tiled images.
