So what exactly can you expect if you drop in for a visit? Well, I spoke with two of the artists and they both told me they are wrapping up a couple projects. Dan Allegrucci will be working from the print studio which is located next to his studio on the second floor. He will be trying to finishing up one of his print runs from his Explosion Series that was just recently featured on www.printeresting.com. On the other side of the second floor, Carmella Jarvi will be oil stick in-hand finishing a few paintings from her women submerged in water series. As far as the rest of the artists, well, you will just have to come by and check it out yourself!

But that's not all, in addition to each of our residents, the Center is pleased to welcome back Annabel Manning, Center alumna in partnership with a collaboration with Southern Holiday who will be exhibiting a special interactive installation in the boardroom from 11:30 AM to 1 PM. Visitors who make it down to the boardroom will get to collaboratively explore static images through interactive layers or moving video through interactive surveillance lenses in this playful experience that reflects on the (in)visibility of immigrants and the agency of surveillance.
